Check out this recipe for a healthier version of cornbread dressing provided by House of Payne Personal Training in Lilburn.

Saute 1 small onion and 1 stalk celery in 2 tsp olive oil until tender. Mix 1 box Stovetop Stuffing according to package instructions, substituting 15 oz. chicken broth for the water called for on the box. Remove from heat and add the onions and celery to the dressing mix. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve and enjoy!
