30 Days of Clean Eating: Week 2 Progress Report

Hello everyone! I hope you are all having a great weekend. I am going to keep this post short and sweet; I know everyone is busy enjoying St. Patrick’s Day celebrations! Today marks the halfway point of my 30 days of Clean Eating. I have had so much fun getting creative with my meals in the kitchen and trying new and healthy foods. I have really enjoyed this whole experience; it is so much easier than I ever thought it would be. Not to mention eating clean has been super beneficial to my many aspects of my life. For instance, my skin looks clearer, my energy level is way up, I am sleeping so much better at night (I still have a hard time waking up in the morning, but some things never change), I have dropped a few pounds I needed to and even my hair is looking better. It has also been the easiest healthy eating plan I have ever stuck to. The ritual of planning my meals out for the week every Sunday with a warm cup of green tea has turned into something I look forward to and enjoy. Overall, the process has just been an awesome one and one I would suggest to any of my friends or family!

With that said, my meal plan for the week is included below.  One of the new recipes I am trying is to make my own version of Cinnamon Raisin Ezekiel bread for breakfast. I will let you know how it turns out! Have a great weekend and happy St. Patrick’s Day!
