Atlanta chef Doug Turbush is adding a new restaurant to his East Cobb assortment, which already includes Seed Kitchen & Bar and Stem Wine Bar.  The latest addition, Drift, will be a modern fish house and oyster bar, and will feature creative and sustainably fished seafood creations from American lakes, rivers, streams and oceans. The restaurant will host a rotating selection of oysters, raw bar specialties, meat prepared with a wood-burning grill and house-made desserts.
