A Sight Less Scary: Spooktacular Chase

Vision Rehabilitation Services - BSA 1016

Founded in 1983, Vision Rehabilitation Services (VRS), a 501(C)(3) nonprofit, helps visually impaired, blind and deaf-blind Georgians live independently. The organization works in more than 30 counties to offer comprehensive vision evaluations, provide orientation and mobility classes, facilitate independent living skills, and give access to technology training, career guidance, diabetes workshops and counseling services. None of these great opportunities would exist without community support through events like the eighth annual Spooktacular Chase 10K/5K on October 15 at Cobb Park. This Halloween-themed chase features the Haunting Hills of Smyrna, a pre/post race expo, celebration and brunch—and all proceeds benefit VRS.
