On May 23rd exhale Atlanta and the Loews Atlanta Hotel hosted an amazing sunset yoga practice on the outdoor patio overlooking Midtown’s Peachtree Street and it just so happens that I was the one to plan it! With over 60 guests in attendance, the patio packed a great crowd with rockin’ beats, cool breezes and plenty of sunshine to go around.
The 75 minute yoga class was a nice flow for those new to the practice of yoga or those who are experienced yogis. The class was open to the public (BYOM- bring your own mat) and offered all kinds of complimentary goodies such as vita coco water, protein smoothies and chair massages from exhale Atlanta masseuses.
Coming together in a community setting such as this, creates new relationships, brings like-minded people together and hopefully inspires us all to want to do more, be healthier and find more balance in our day to day lives. Getting people to move their bodies and have fun while doing it is paramount to me.
I was honored to be surrounded by so many wonderful people and look forward to planning many more of these outdoor yoga classes. Connect with me for up-to-date information on the next yoga class @am_sunshine or email me.
