Why should dog owners consider fostering an additional dog in their home?
Fostering is truly an opportunity to be a hero and save a life. You already know how wonderful you are at being a pet parent, and it’s so rewarding to be able to able to share all that love and expertise you have with an animal that needs time to heal and grow outside of the shelter environment.
Which dogs are best suited for welcoming a foster dog into their home?
Big dogs, small dogs, quiet dogs and playful dogs. Any well-balanced pup that gets along with other dogs and people can be an awesome foster brother or sister.
What are your favorite things about fostering?
Fostering gives us a change to share your home pups truly in need. It gives our dogs an opportunity to socialize and enjoy the company of a wide variety of breeds and canine personalities, making us an even better pet family.
