Yields: 4 servings
- 4 navel oranges, peel and pith removed, cut into bite-size pieces
- 4 tsp. honey
- Sprinkle of cinnamon, optional
- In a large bowl, toss orange pieces with honey and cinnamon, if using. Let sit for 20 minutes so the oranges can release juice and absorb flavor.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
