Kick-off your own Sodium Swap Challenge:
- Track your consumption of breads and rolls as well as cold cuts and cured meats
- Check food labels and look for lower sodium items
- Keep a daily log of how much sodium you’ve shaved out of your diet
- Target your daily consumption to stay within the recommended 1,500 milligrams of sodium each day
