Mannatech’s Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
Ingredients (Serves 4)
• 4 frozen bananas
• 3/4 cup of pumpkin puree (organic)
• 2 tsp Pumpkin Spice ( 1tsp ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves)
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2-2 1/2 cup almond milk (more or less)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Add as much almond milk as you need to reach a smooth and creamy consistency. Pour into four glasses and enjoy!
