Cafe Jonah and the Magical Attic
Cafe Jonah is a quaint two-story cottage-turned restaurant in the heart of Buckhead. The newest venture from Souper Jenny founder, Jennifer Levison, Cafe Jonah is a one of kind place. It feels like you are in someone’s home. It’s warm and cozy with healthy, organic food and beverage choices. The atmosphere is the polar opposite to the rubber stamped coffee houses on every corner. Whether it is lunch with a friend or a business breakfast meeting, Cafe Jonah provides a uniquely comfortable environment to relax, enjoy good food and escape from the fast pace of the city.

Stimulite Bath Mitt
This amazing bath mitt stimulates blood flow and promotes cellular renewal. Absolutely the best body scrubber I have ever used. It feels amazing – not too rough, not too soft. This bath mitt is naturally anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and mildew resistant, plus you can throw it in the washing machine so it is easy to keep clean. Available at Institut DERMed, $32

I was introduced to this tasty treat at a “Live your Healthiest Life Workshop” by Tammy Stokes. Hail Merry is a raw, vegan, gluten-free snack food available in different flavors. It contains raw plant-based oils that offer an unparalleled taste experience and may assist in healing the body. Finally (sigh) taste and health co-exist! My personal favorites were the pecans and the chocolate tarte – delicious and available at Whole Foods Market.
