Soups on! There is nothing as comforting as a hot bowl of homemade soup, and if you love soup like I do, the idea of a Soup Challenge sounds like a lot of fun!
Come on out to The Atlanta Art Institute on Saturday, March 24 for the Southeastern final soup challenge contest hosted by New England Country Soup.
This unique event, which is open to the public, will feature soup finalists preparing their delicious homemade soups for judges to taste. There are five finalists competing for a fabulous foodie weekend at The Hob Knob Eco Boutique Hotel on Martha’s Vineyard.
The Soup Challenge was created to demonstrate that New England Country Soup recipes are as delicious and nutritious as consumers’ homemade recipes and great alternatives when people don’t have time to make soup from scratch.
The five finalists will prepare their soups in the facilities at the Art Institute of Atlanta and present them to local celebrity judges including Chef Gallivan of the Art Institute of Atlanta and Jenny Levison of Souper Jenny.
