You can lower your pesticide intake by avoiding conventionally farmed versions of the 12 most contaminated fruits and vegetables. This list shows the produce with the highest levels of pesticide residue, so these are most important to buy organic.

  3. Cherry tomatoes
  4. Cucumbers
  5. Grapes
  6. Sweet bell peppers
  7. Nectarines
  8. Peaches
  9. Potatoes
  10. Spinach
  11. Strawberries
  12. Kale

    First of all I would like to say excellent blog! I had a quick question in which I’d like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your mind prior to writing. I have had a difficult time clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out there. I do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or hints? Thanks!
