This time of year, it’s easy to feel stuck. Here’s a 3-step plan to get you moving!
1. You can’t get to your final destination if you don’t know what it is. Consider where you want to go. What is your ideal? Light a candle, take some time for yourself and complete this guide. It will give you great clarity and focus.
2. Now, make sure you have at least three small, attainable goals outlined in each Action Plan section of the handbook.
3. Commit to taking small steps, one at a time, to achieve this plan. Enlist the help of friends, your support system and experts, such as a personal trainer or health coach, to help move you forward.
