Atlanta’s Best Self magazine has been created for the purpose of providing information, tools, and resources to help readers realize their potential and live their best life. The magazine will help readers identify their personal goals, create step-by-step strategies, explore opportunities and find local experts and resources. Best Self will focus its editorial pages on information for obtaining optimal health, self confidence, and happy living. We know that for every person, the opportunity to be the best they can be is a journey that evolves and changes as we go through life. Our goal is to help readers navigate this journey and make it easier to realize their “best self ”.
Editorial Features and Departments will focus on Health, Beauty and Life Enrichment. Health Articles topics will include wellness, fitness, weight loss, nutrition, medications, therapy, sports, sports injury, pain, yoga, sexual health, diabetes, heart health, sleep, addiction, massage, allergies, depression, hearing, vision, cholesterol, metabolism, std’s, cancer, emotional health, stroke, vitamins, supplements, herbs, anti-smoking, health screens, healthy aging and more. Beauty Topics will include hair, hair loss/replacement, nails, cosmetics, man grooming, laser treatments, skin care, cosmetic procedures and treatments, teeth, veins, spa treatments, health and beauty products, and more. Life Enrichment Topics include life coaching, sports, dancing, cooking, counseling, financial health, community service, volunteerism, spiritual life, travel, and learning (something new) i.e. foreign language, sewing, travel, etc. It is primary editorial goal for Best Self magazine to be the “Voice of Volunteerism.” Each issue will feature Atlanta’s Best Guide to Giving Back encouraging readers to find their passion and Volunteer Today!
Distribution - 100,000 copies per issue are distributed bimonthly. Distribution will be executed, monitored and documented by Network Communications Inc. Distribution locations are carefully chosen to target men and women who are interested in taking care of themselves mentally, physically and spiritually. Distribution targets are fitness centers, weight loss centers, pharmacies, doctor offices, hospitals, clinics and nutrition centers, such as GNC, Whole Foods, and Harry’s Farmers Markets to name a few.
Event Distribution - Our partnerships with community events, schools, charitable organizations, expos, sport events, Best Self seminars, and other philanthropic causes represents 15-20%.
