The Morrison Hotel Gallery and its brand, Behind the Lens are bringing 60s pop icons photographer Henry Diltz and model Pattie Boyd, to Atlanta on April 19. As part of Behind the Lens’ initiative to bring photographers out from behind the camera and into the spotlight, Diltz and Boyd are embarking on a 13 city touring throughout the country, including a stop in the peach state. Henry Diltz’s work can be found on over 400 album covers, including The Doors, Crosby, Stills and Nash, and James Taylor. Dubbed “Queen of the Sixties” Pattie Boyd has not only been a model but also the inspiration behind classic love songs such as ‘Layla,’ ‘Wonderful Tonight,’ and ‘Something.’
