Recipe to Try: Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Traditional pumpkin spice drinks can be filled with unnecessary calories and overloaded with artificial ingredients.

Enjoy this healthy pumpkin spice smoothie alternative while snuggling in some blankets by a fire, reading a good book, carving a pumpkin or simply watching the leaves change into those beautiful fall colors.

Mannatech’s Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Ingredients (Serves 4)

•         4 frozen bananas

•         3/4 cup of pumpkin puree (organic)

•         2 tsp Pumpkin Spice ( 1tsp ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves)

•         2 tsp vanilla

•         2-2 1/2 cup almond milk (more or less)


Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Add as much almond milk as you need to reach a smooth and creamy consistency. Pour into four glasses and enjoy!
